Conclusion: CDS using indication-based prescribing of antihypertensives produced accurate problem placement roughly two-thirds of time with fewer than 5{ca7ad0b74511a57bb2016f24c729dd7716d5352e92d2275aa1f91fb22c36b0a7} inaccurate problems placed. Performance of alerts was sensitive to the number of potential indications of the medication and attendings vs. other clinicians prescribing.
